Purpose: Single source of truth for legally verified corporate information across all Husky entities. Pulled from official registry filings. Used for AWS / Snowflake / marketplace seller registrations, DPA template, procurement responses, and any "what's our UEN?" question.
Internal only. Personal IDs + officer details are confidential. Business registration numbers + company names + addresses are already public via ACRA BizFile — those are fine to cite externally.

Separation-of-duties CLOSED 2026-04-20: dev IAM group had AdministratorAccess. Service-last-accessed analysis showed Kelvin's actual usage was limited to EC2 + S3 (us-west-2) + Cost Explorer + CloudWatch (read); Dremio's user had zero IAM-management activity and only S3 ListBuckets polling until 2026-03-21 (then silent). Actions taken:
- AdministratorAccess detached from dev group.
- kelvin: user-direct attachments of AmazonEC2FullAccess + AmazonS3FullAccess + AWSBillingReadOnlyAccess + CloudWatchReadOnlyAccess; unused access key AKIA6DSFXR73ROBWCQWY (created Nov 2022, never used) deleted; active key AKIA6DSFXR73Z2WFFSQS retained.
- Dremio: AmazonS3FullAccess attached user-direct; access key AKIA6DSFXR73YXVFHEQL deactivated (not deleted). Follow-up: if silent for 14+ days (target review ~2026-05-04), delete user + key entirely.
S3 production data: ~$2,135/month storage cost on account 969735114743. Segment data + raw feeds live here. AWS Data Exchange listings will reference these buckets directly (same-account is efficient for this; no cross-account data transfer needed).
